My Story

Jemma Louise Care At Home was founded in December 2021 on a self-employed basis. It was established with the aim of providing an ethical support service that reflects the fundamental standards of care that are seldom delivered. Over the 17 years of working in the private care sector, I have  recognised that the current homecare model does not work for most, with unreliable services that require clients to fit in with the needs of the business. With determination, I have developed a strategic and innovative business model that demonstrates the level of care the community should have access to. Today Jemma Louise Care At Home Ltd has evolved into a company that puts people before profit. 

With our clients and their families at the heart of everything that has been achieved, they have played a vital role in the functioning and delivery of the service. Fast forward to 2025, I have established robust, enduring relationships with clients and their families, empowering them to take control of their care while maintaining their independence. Working closely on a daily basis, they are able to remain in comfortable surroundings. This has led to a reliable, consistent, and trusted service where clients and their loved ones feel secure and valued.
