Entry Level Community Support Worker
Duties

•Domestic duties i.e. cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping
​
​•Social activities e.g. taking clients out to socialise, attending appointments etc

•Personal care: assistance with washing, dressing, toileting, grooming

•Medication administration

Hours
​
Permanent, Part-time/Full-time

Working Pattern
​
We offer flexible working with hours between 7am-10pm Monday -Sunday
​
You must be available to commit to working alternate weekends. This will be in line with the needs of both client and provider.
​
Salary
£12.21 per hour ( mileage expenses and travel time paid)
Enhanced pay will be offered for weekend shifts.
Time and half for Bank holidays. Double time for Christmas and New year.

Skills/ requirements
​

Foundation qualification in both English and Maths​
​

Some caring experience preferred ​

Experience in dementia care preferred

Senior Support Worker

Duties​

Competent in the role of Support Worker

Skilled at multi-tasking

Be able to work closely with your line manager and keep open and clear dialogue at all times

​Lead the team with enthusiasm and sensitivity
​

Assist with staff training
​​​

Responsible for the creation and delivery of care plans
​

Communicate regularly and competently with families and health professionals regarding loved ones
​

Ad hoc on-call duties
​​

Multi-disciplinary team working and relationship building
​

Overseeing staff compliance and competencies
